Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the Caturity platform (including the Map, Registry, and Dashboard), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are registering an organisation, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. The Vantage Point Mission

Caturity provides an infrastructure for coordination. Our services are designed to facilitate transparency in the development sector. Users acknowledge that while Caturity verifies data through its Tier system, the platform is not liable for the actual project execution or financial management of the organisations listed.

3. NGO Registration & Data Accuracy

Integrity of Information

Organisations registering on Caturity must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing fraudulent documentation or misrepresenting project impact involves immediate revocation of verification status and potential blacklisting from the platform.

Verification Tiers

Users acknowledge that Verification Tiers (0, 1, 2, 3) are assigned at the sole discretion of the Caturity audit team based on our proprietary vetting criteria. Tiers are subject to periodic audit and may be downgraded if an organisation fails to maintain transparency standards.

4. Intellectual Property

The "Caturity" name, the "Vantage Point" brand, and our custom Map visualizations are protected by intellectual property laws. Organisations retain ownership of their reports and branding, but grant Caturity a license to display such information for coordination and reporting purposes.

5. Limitations of Liability

Caturity is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for 100% data accuracy in the registry, we do not warrant that the information provided by third-party organisations is error-free.
